At particular Whole Foods Stores, Amazon will set up it’s pop up shops during the holiday season. These pop up shops will interest many potential buyers as they will be able to test and try out the products before actually buying them online on the Amazon website. These pop up shops will also help the interested customers to know more about the various services that Amazon offers and the memberships that are available on Amazon Prime.

The launch was announced on Thursday and will probably be effective from mid November. Whole Foods Stores will have branded counters from Amazon, staffed by Amazon’s employees. The primary pop shops will be seen in Whole Foods Stores across the states of Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Florida and California.

According to the report released on Thursday, about hundred or even more Whole Foods Stores sell Amazon products and devices like Echo, Kindle e-readers, Echo Dot, Fire tablets as well as Fire TVs.

As holiday season begins, Whole Foods Stores have given their marketing to a different twist, introducing Black Friday offers on all Amazon products and devices, starting a week before Thanksgiving. These offers will give $20 off on Echo Dot, $30 off on Fire HD 8 Tablets, $20 off on Amazon’s all new Echo and an additional $30 off on the Echo Plus, which too is a new device on Amazon.

In August, upon completion of its acquisition on Whole Foods Stores, Amazon immediately lowered prices of most of it’s merchandise, across stores.

During the announcement, though much details were not disclosed, Amazon did promise that there was still “more to come” and customers who hold Amazon Prime memberships will be getting “special savings and in-store benefits.”

Whole Foods Stores has gotten a makeover with installation of lockers from Amazon. These lockers are very convenient because customers will now be able to pick up online orders from them while Whole Foods Stores process the Amazon returns. After Thursday’s announcement, it seems that Amon will be continuing to use Whole Foods Stores according to their interests and advantages.
